Day -01  – Welcome with traditional herbs to purify the physical body with a Homemade
welcome Immunity increase drink. Counseling for a stress-free lifestyle and guidance in
the evening followed by a fresh Dinner.

Day -02  – Morning Yoga session. After breakfast process an intensive breathing session
(Rebirthing Breathwork / Healing Session). Rest after lunch. Evening Satsang followed by
Dinner.

Day -03  – Morning relaxing therapeutic yoga session. After breakfast Seminar/Workshop on
how to overcome fears. Rest after lunch. Evening Counselling was followed by Dinner.

Day -04  – Morning Pranayama session. After breakfast Rebirthing / Healing session to
release fears & traumas. Rest after lunch. Evening Meditation followed by Dinner.

Day -05  – Morning relaxing therapeutic yoga session. After breakfast Seminar/Workshop on
How to release your stress and relax your life. Rest after lunch. Evening Satsang followed by
Dinner.

Day -06  – Morning Pranayama session. After breakfast Rebirthing / Healing session to
release fears & traumas. Rest after lunch. Evening Counselling was followed by Dinner.

Day -07  – Morning relaxing therapeutic yoga session. After breakfast Retreat completes
with new life- force.
